Project: istash
Istash (stylized 'istash') is a digital wallet start-up based in Chicago. Shopping with istash allows users to bypass credit card fees when purchasing goods/services at the small businesses the wallet is partnered with. This means the business gets more money and the user is rewarded with more cash-back, since istash keeps lower margins than the big credit card companies. As a freelancer with istash, I helped develop graphics for their social media accounts and the app itself.
General Advertisements

The graphics were created without a specific event in mind. Rather, they kept istash on people's feeds and offered general info about the app and how to use it.
Small Business Banners

These graphics were created as in-app advertisement banners for the small businesses that istash was partnered with. As such, they were inspired more by the business' brands as opposed to the istash brand. It was a fun opportunity to dip my toes into other visual styles.
Carousels

These graphics are carousels, multiple image advertisements that flow seamlessly when thumbed through on social media sites like Instagram. They were made for larger, more important announcements.
